Description: 

Our Spanish Cured Loin Extra is obtained from Iberian pigs fed with natural fodder of the area, purchased in small farms of Zamora and Arribes del Duero. 

It has a curing period of 6 months in the shadow of the Arribes del Duero.

Ingredients:

Pork Loin, Paprika of La Vera and Salt

Recommendations: 

Keep in a cool dry place protected from the direct sunlight.

Shipping:

All pieces are Vacuum packaged. 

Weight: 

Whole pieces of loin between 1 Kg. and 1.8 Kg.  or pieces between 400 and 600 grs.

 

It has the Calicer Certificate RD 1469/2007 PI0271 / 06, which guarantees the customer and the end consumer the commitment of work well done and the tranquility to purchase a product that complies with current regulations.
