Description: 

Our Fresh Chorizo to roast is obtained from pigs fed with grain and natural fodder of the area, purchased in small farms of Fermoselle and Arribes del Duero.

It has a curing period of 15 days in the shadow of the Arribes del Duero.

Ingredients:

Pork Meat, Paprika of La Vera and Salt

Recommendations: 

Keep in a cold place at 4º C.

All pieces are Vacuum packaged. 

Weight: 

Whole pieces between 0.350Kg and 0.450 Kg.

It has the Calicer Certificate RD 1469/2007 PI0271 / 06, which guarantees the customer and the end consumer the commitment of work well done and the tranquility to purchase a product that complies with current regulations.
