Red wine Siete Peldaños Juan García from Bodegas Pascual Fernández.
Tasting notes: Purple-red in colour, not very intense, but brilliant, it is a wine of a variety that is the DNA of Arribes, as cold as the granite of the soil. The nose reveals the intensity of the aromas of red fruits, sweet berries, very fresh, you can feel the elegance of a wine with little extraction, with light tannins that end with a long finish of spices, such as clove and white pepper.
