100% Iberian Ham

They come from Iberian pigs reared in the wild and fed exclusively on acorns during the montanera season. Its flavour is intense, with a perfect balance between sweetness and umami.

75% Iberian Ham

The 75% Iberian hams are an excellent choice for those looking for a combination of the richness of the Iberian breed and greater accessibility. These hams offer a perfect balance of flavour and quality. They are also fed on acorns during the montanera.

50% Iberian Ham

For those who wish to explore Iberian flavours with a more affordable option, our 50% Iberian hams are an ideal choice. Acorn-fed, they offer the characteristic flavour of the Iberian breed at an affordable price.
As you will see, the 100%, 75% and 50% Iberian hams are fed on acorns during the montanera season. Their only difference is the percentage of Iberian breed purity.

Iberian Cebo Hams

The Iberian bait hams are one of the most popular options among the Iberian hams, as they offer a delicious flavour, a juicy texture and a perfect balance between quality and price.
They come from Iberian breed pigs fed with natural feed based on cereals and legumes, these hams maintain many of the characteristics that make Iberian ham a unique product in the world.
There are two types of Iberian fattening hams:

Iberian field fattened hams

From free-range pigs fed on a mixed diet of cereals and natural pasture. Its flavour is milder than acorn-fed hams, but it is still delicious.

Iberian cebo hams

Raised on farms with a diet based on high quality feed. It is the cheapest option that maintains the distinctive flavour of the Iberian pig.

How to choose the best Iberian ham according to your taste and budget?

Look at the labelling. All Iberian hams are classified by coloured labels according to their quality:

• Black label: 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham, also known as pata negra ham.
• Red label: 75% or 50% acorn-fed Iberian ham.
• Green label: 50% Iberian ham from cebo de campo.
• White label: 50% Iberian cebo de cebo ham.

Pata negra acorn-fed ham is the most expensive, as its purity is the highest and it is fed on acorns.
If we follow the previous list, the price decreases until the white label ham, this decrease in price corresponds to the decrease in the purity of the breed or the feeding of the Iberian pig.
