You may report any incident, claim or make use of the exercise of your rights through the methods indicated above.

Please note that the return of products purchased through www.puenterobles.com will be made only and exclusively when it is demonstrated that the product is in poor condition and provided that 48 hours have not passed since receipt of the product.

In order to exercise this right it is necessary to keep the original packaging of the product and that it has not been used, being at the customer's expense the return costs.

In order to offer you the best quality and reception of our products, they are sent in a cardboard box with the product wrapped in a cloth mesh, vacuum packed in whole pieces or envelopes, frozen or sealed boxes, depending on the product. You will find the information on each of the product sheets for the products you are purchasing.

All our products should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to ensure the quality of the products.  If you follow this advice, the durability of the quality of our products is approx. 6 months and in very humid areas 30 days.
